Stock Condition Survey Blocks - AWARD

Description

Oxford City Council have 629 blocks where a block is defined as properties around a stair well. We are looking for information and a condition assessment of various external and communal components as well as general information about the blocks and how they fit into buildings, defined as all blocks within in the perimeter of a single structure, and estates, defined as all buildings within a single boundary structure with shared space and facilities.
