## Description

Southend-on-Sea City Council are inviting quotes from experienced bidders to carry out insights work on Healthy Eating: Understanding peoples' behaviour on diet and nutrition within the local context\. The purpose of this work is to inform the development of a social marketing approach as well as influencing potential future commissioning specifications\. The prospective provider will explore the barriers and facilitators towards healthier eating, review local population needs, leading to a set of agreed priorities and resource allocation that will tackle obesity and reduce health inequalities\.
