Area 14 Term Service contract for Pavement Surveying, Investigation & Testing

Highways England is seeking a supplier to undertake pavement surveying, investigation & testing services, in accordance with Part 2 HD 29/08 of Section 3 of Volume 7 of the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges in Area 14 of the Highways England network.

The scope of the contract includes, but is not limited to the following activities:

Coring Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) Deflectograph Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Laboratory Testing

The type and value of the service to be provided will vary depending on the needs of the Employer. The requirements will be notified to the Contractor prior to the starting date of individual Task Orders.

To be eligible for selection you must be registered as a Technical Survey & Testing (TST) supplier to Highways England. If you are interested in becoming a TST supplier and tendering for this contract, please contact daniel.taylor2@highwaysengland.co.uk

A tender conference will be held on the 18th October 2017 and the deadline to submit a Tender is the 3rd of November 2017.
