The University of Salford wish to procure the services of a Principal Contractor to complete various works to the Bakery roof at The Old Fire Station Bakery Building The works include repairs, modifications and replacement of various elements of the parapet wall, roof structure and covering, as well rainwater goods. The scheme involves the design, supply and installation of all temporary access and any lifting methods or equipment required to undertake the works.
