Provision of a Car Club Vehicle: 38-40 Birnbeck Road

The car club should operate as a 'back to base' model where a user books the car, picks it up from a dedicated parking bay, drives it and returns to the start location at the end of their hire. A dedicated parking bay will be provided on the public highway reserved for this use. Council involvement will be limited to the initial start-up costs (the subject of this tender). The operator will have responsibility for all management of the service, operated as part of their wider car club fleet.
