NOTE: This notice was updated on 09 September 2021 for the following reason: Tender deadline extended until 04/10/21 at 12:00\(Arts Council England are seeking an independent evaluator to conduct a process and impact evaluation of the Developing Your Creative Practice \(DYCP\) programme\. DYCP is one of Arts Council's main investment programmes supporting the cultural sector\. The programme supports the development of independent cultural and creative practioners, giving individuals the opportunity to take a dedicated period of time to focus on their own cultural and creative development and take them to the next stage in their practice\. The evaluation will provide insight and evidence of the impact of DYCP on individuals through past funding rounds and shape the programme in the future\.\) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
