## Description

The Council wishes to establish a contract with a single provider for the provision of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards \(DoLs\) assessments, to be undertaken by qualified Best Interest Assessors\. The provider will undertake the management, administration and assessment of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards applications to the standard prescribed by the DoLS Code of Practice, to ensure the City Council meets its responsibilities under the Mental Capacity Act 2015\.
