Greater Nottingham Plan Wide Viability Study

Nottinghamshire County Council on behalf of Rushcliffe Borough Council wishes to invite quotes for the supply of services by an appropriately qualified consultant in respect of undertaking of a plan wide viability assessment for the Greater Nottingham Strategic Plan. The purpose of the study is to inform the review of Strategic Plan policies. The focus is for the selected consultancy to work in partnership with the Council, other constituent authorities (Broxtowe Borough Council, Gedling Borough Council and Nottingham City Council) and key partners to provide a detailed evidence base concerning plan wide viability.\r \r
