## Description

4\.1 The Framework Agreements will support legal activities associated with the Geological Disposal Facility \(GDF\) programme \(primarily deep geological boreholes\), delivery of a Near Surface Disposal \(NSD\) facility, and development and operations at the Low Level Waste Repository \(LLWR\) site\. In addition, Framework Suppliers may also be asked to deliver or support legal work for Other Contracting Authorities where they have capability in the Competencies and those Competencies are required to deliver the Other Contracting Authorities requirements\.
