## Description

This is a Voluntary Transparency Notice to advise that The Royal Navy, part of the UK Ministry of Defence, has awarded a 2 year contract to CAE UK PLC \("CAE"\) for the provision of Magnetic Anomaly Detection-XR Sensors \("MAD-XR Sensors"\) and ancillaries, including training and support\. It is considered that this contract can be awarded using the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice pursuant to regulation 32\(2\)\(b\)\(ii\) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 \(Article 32\(2\)\(b\)\(ii\) of Directive 2014/24/EU\) for technical reasons\.
