Provision of Legal Advisers to support HS2 Phase One team

Contract Variation 3. This variation is being issued to extend the contract between the Authority and the Supplier. The Terms and Conditions of the Contract as previously agreed and amended between the Authority and the Supplier will still apply but with the following amendments: - A further time extension of three months is to be added to the contract term, making the new expiry date 31st October 2021. - A further £30,000 has been added to the contract value, making the total contract value £108,000 excluding VAT.
