## Description

As stated in the new Economic Strategy, there is not currently a university or innovation space within the County where businesses can access advice or kit to test and develop new products and processes\. Therefore, Rutland County Council are seeking a provider to deliver this support to Rutland businesses\. \\r The budget for this programme is a set allocation under the UK Shared Prosperity Funding\. Therefore, the council are seeking a provider that can deliver a high-quality programme of support that will best utilise the full budget\. \\r The project must end by 31 March 2025\. This should be front of mind when developing a delivery model\.\\r Evaluation of the project to be finalised by 30th April 2025\.\\r To apply for this opportunity, bidders must use the ProContract e-procurement portal, and search for the opportunity under DN730765\.
