## Description

The aim of the service is to enable tenants and residents within the scheme to maximise their independence and promote their wellbeing\. Support may be provided on a long-term or short-term basis dependent on need, and it is anticipated that throughout the course of a tenancy this support will vary in intensity and type of provision\.
