GB-Lowestoft: Architect Support for the PSiCA Conservation Grant Scheme

Waveney District Council (WDC) is working in partnership with Historic England, Lowestoft Town Council and the East Suffolk Building Preservation Trust on the North Lowestoft Heritage Action Zone (HAZ). WDC have successfully applied to Historic England to run a PSiCA Conservation Grant Scheme, on the Lowestoft Historic High Street, which sits within the HAZ area. This grant scheme will run from 1 April 2019 for three years. The Conservation Grant Scheme is looking to buy in the services of a conservation accredited architect to help support the scheme on an "as and when required basis" throughout the life of the three year grant scheme.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
