Description

The Authority (Export Credits Guarantee Department, operating as UK Export Finance) is looking for Contractors to be awarded to a multi-lot Framework as Providers of Debt Collection Services. The Framework is to be used by the Authority to help in the recovery of debt in challenging jurisdictions. In order for the Authority to ensure the Providers awarded can provide the services across the widest geographical area, the Framework is divided into seven (7) Lots that cover different regions. It is the intention of the Authority to award a single Provider to each Lot. Tenderers are invited to bid for one, some or all of the Lots. The Tenders for each Lot will be evaluated independently and Framework Agreements awarded under each Lot. In the event a Tenderer is appointed as a Provider to more than one (1) Lot, a single Agreement will be entered into with that Tenderer for the Lots they have been awarded as Provider to. Additional information: This procurement is being run by the Department for International Trade (DIT) on behalf of UK Export Finance (UKEF). Any contract/Framework Agreement entered into following any award will be between UKEF and the awarded Tenderer.
