HIGHFIELD HOUSE

Liverpool Heart & Chest Hospital NHS Foundation Trust wishes to carry out refurbishment, alteration and extension works to the building known as Highfield House. The work will comprise the following-

1.1 2No new single storey extensions to either side of the building, each to provide approximately 20m2 of additional floor space. The extension to the LHS of the property is to include a new boiler house with 2No new gas boilers.

1.2 Complete refurbishment of all internal areas including new mechanical and electrical installations throughout

1.3 Internal alteration works including structural alterations to ground floor load bearing walls

1.4 The works are proposed to commence before the end of October 2020.
