## Description

Support and hosting of the Payments and Income Management system \(Pay360\) with secure PCI Telephony which covers the following essential core systems currently operational within the Council: \(1\) A central income processing and repository module used to assist with validating, processing and storage of income\. \(2\) Debit or credit card payments taken over the telephone, online and in-person\. Telephone payments taken on Pay 360 integrate with the PCI Pal telephony solution included in this contract\.
