IT015 PAY360 PAYMENT SUITE HOSTING & SUPPORT WITH SECURE PCI TELEPHONY

Support and hosting of the Payments and Income Management system (Pay360) with secure PCI Telephony which covers the following essential core systems currently operational within the Council: (1) A central income processing and repository module used to assist with validating, processing and storage of income. (2) Debit or credit card payments taken over the telephone, online and in-person. Telephone payments taken on Pay 360 integrate with the PCI Pal telephony solution included in this contract.
