Void Security Works to Bolton at Home Vacant Properties

Bolton at Home are seeking one provider to supply Void Security to our vacant properties. The provider will be required to supply and fit alarms, security screens and boarding, monitor and attend call outs 24hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Tender Term will be an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months on 2 intervals (2+1+1) TUPE applies to this procurement activity.
