1-1144 ITS for Mitigating the risk of Wrong Way Drivers

When Pell Frischmann submitted the original tender for 1-1016 we proposed several phases. Upon award, it was agreed to launch only the initial data assessment phase (Work Package 2000) and to then review the project at the hold point in April / May whereupon the subsequent phases would be agreed. This was necessitated by the uncertainty of the outcome of WP2000 in terms of data quality and findings.
