supplier to provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Vehicle Emissions Trading Scheme \(VETS\) IT System\. The VETS IT System underpins delivery of the UK's Zero Emission Vehicle \(ZEV\) Mandate by enabling DfT and vehicle manufacturers to manage compliance, data submissions and annual trading activities\.
