To prepare a Green Belt Study for East Herts, North Herts and Stevenage Councils; a comprehensive and consistent assessment of the performance of all Green Belt land within the three local authority areas in line with the latest national policy and practice guidance, robustly defining grey belt land, which can be used by the Councils to help identify where Green Belt boundaries could be revised to accommodate development needs\.
