## Description

The Council wishes to appoint suitably qualified contractors to a framework agreement for the provision of Communal Minor Works and Repairs in Bristol\. The works will be carried out within a wide range of the Councils housing stock \(both vacant and occupied properties\) and other nominated domestic dwellings\. The framework will be managed by Housing & Landlord Services
