BSH/HRA/Communal Minor Works Framework

The Council wishes to appoint suitably qualified contractors to a framework agreement for the provision of Communal Minor Works and Repairs in Bristol. The works will be carried out within a wide range of the Councils housing stock (both vacant and occupied properties) and other nominated domestic dwellings. The framework will be managed by Housing & Landlord Services
