Provision of a Refurbished Aseptic Unit to Calderdale Royal Hospital

The supplier is required to undertake the following:

1. design work in partnership with the Trusts private financeinitiative partners to support the upgrade of the aseptic unit at Calderdale Royal Hospital;

2. provide the equipment; and

3. install and commission the equipment

Additional information: Clinical urgency is the leading cause of urgency. The unit at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary is due to be decommissioned in October 2019.

The Trust is upgrading the unit at Calderdale Royal Hospital to meet clinical demand.

We do not attempt to offer specific justification in terms of PCR at this time. We are seeking to establish transparency of our procurement practices.
