To deliver the Cancer Quality of Life (QoL) Survey over its next phase, 2024-2028. The QoL Survey is drawn from the 2019 NHS Long Term Plan for Cancer to introduce an innovative quality of life metric to track and respond to the long-term impact of cancer.
