## Description

This tender is to identify a preferred supplier to meet the company's requirements for the provision of Regulation 44 Visitors\. In accordance with the Children's Homes \(England\) Regulations 2015, Part 6 - Monitoring and Reviewing Childrens Homes, Section 43, the registered provider must appoint, at the registered provider's expense, a person \("the independent person"\) to visit and report on the children's home carried on by the registered provider\. Worcestershire Children First currently has 6 children's homes which require monthly independent visits\. The number of homes may increase / decrease over the life of the contract and the company requires flexibility to this contract to accommodate this\.
