W4160 The Provision of Apprenticeship Framework 2026

Building Control Surveying Level 6 apprenticeship training through a blended delivery model incorporating workplace learning, tutor-led training and remote learning activities. Training will be delivered to Council employees within the Walsall area and associated workplace locations, with learning undertaken both remotely and within the apprentice's working environment. The apprenticeship will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required within the Council's building control function, supporting workforce development, professional skills progression, succession planning, operational resilience, service delivery requirements and compliance with relevant professional and regulatory standards.
