Early Engagement- Procurement for Switchboard Provision

Tameside and Glossop NHS Integrated Care Foundation Trust are looking to approach the market to explore possible options and approaches for a new telephone switchboard system.

The Trust are looking to implement a system which has the capability to manage internal and external calls but are also keen to develop further understanding around system capabilities for triage, prioritisation and analytics.

Before engaging in a formal procurement exercise the Trust would like to approach the market to meet with suppliers and gather information which will support them in their future exercise.
