## Description

This project is to procure a package of support for our senior leaders who are exiting through the redundancy scheme\. Senior leaders have a unique career trajectory which means they have more complex and non-linear career paths\. They may be seeking board positions, portfolio careers, consultancy, or Exec level roles\. They will also require access to a network at an ESM and board level\.
