F0032 Operations Defined Cost Audits- M&R

National Highways is looking to set up a contract for the provision of NEC4 TSC both 2017 and including the amendments of Jan 2019 (with Z clauses) compliant Defined Cost auditing services across two Maintenance and Response Contracts in the South East, which have been awarded to the same supplier to support agreement of costs. Note that : the term consultant is The Supplier under this contract. The term "contractor" in the Work Package Scope refers to the company that is being audited.
