Essex County County are Procuring on behalf of Tendring District Council.\r Tendring's objectives for the development of designated sites include transforming them into a new residential-led scheme, delivering high-quality, mixed-tenure homes with a focus on tenure-blind inclusivity. Additionally, the plan aims to establish a community facility and flexible commercial spaces supporting local economic growth. The development will prioritize a rational site layout, enhancing public realms, and integrating seamlessly into surrounding communities. Environmental considerations involve improving natural landscapes, biodiversity, and implementing sustainable urban drainage systems.
