## Description

London Borough of Hillingdon \(Hillingdon\) has invited suitably qualified and experienced contractors to bid in relation to entering into an agreement \(the Contract\) to provide the Disabled Adaptations & Essential Repair Grant Contract \(the Service / Works\) to enable the London Borough of Hillingdon to appoint one \(1\) Contractor to enter into a comprehensive "Occupational Therapy \(OT\), Design & Build" contract for a three \(3\) year period with the option to extend for a further one \(1\) year\. The Contract is predominantly for a Disabled Adaptations Service based around the Occupational Therapy functional needs of our residents and the associated required home adaptation Works \(the Project\)\.
