## Description

The University of Leicester is seeking proposals from suitably qualified, fully trained companies to maintain and repair existing Building Management Systems \(BMS\) throughout the University\. The University currently has Schneider Sigma and Struxureware, Trend and KNX systems\. The predominant system is Schneider throughout most of its premises which it continues to upgrade and expand on the non-residential estate\. The requirement is split into 5 lots\.
