Security Systems - Service & Maintenance Contract

The contract is for a single supplier to provide Service & Maintenance to Security Systems - at The Pirbright Institute, Ash Road, Pirbright, Surrey, GU24 0NF.

The award contract duration will be 1st September 2023 - 31st March 2026 plus the option of a 1-year extension.

Work packages to be included:

• CCTV system • Door access control system • Entrance turnstiles, barriers, and gates • Software Licences as required - to be quoted separately when due.

Points to note:

• Annual service and maintenance contract to include full annual service and 6 monthly interim health-check of all system head-ends.

• Remedial works to be quoted separately.

• High-level CCTV cameras to only be cleaned if required upon inspection.

• No remote access available, operates as closed system.

• Details to be provided for additional callouts: 4-hour call out timescale expected and chargeable at 30-minute increments. Call out rates and charge per 30 minutes to be provided.

• Location of proposed engineers to be provided. Preference is for dedicated engineers for the site as they will need to undergo site security clearance so they can work unescorted.
