## Description

The system underpins the critical functions of the Force Control Room enabling the public to contact the force in both emergency and non-emergency situations\. As well providing contact management channels for the public the system also enables internal force communications with officers via Airwave radio technology and provides resource management capabilities for officers/vehicles, officer safety features are also built into this technology\.
