Contract Award Notice - Tender for Creative Services - 'Financial Readiness' project

CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE Introduction, background and business context - Oxford Innovation Services (OIS) is the UK's leading specialist coaching company. We work with businesses at all stages of development to maximise their growth potential, benefiting both the enterprise and its people through uniquely tailored coaching programmes. OIS has recently been awarded a project to deliver financial readiness support in Cornwall & Isles of Scilly. The Financial Readiness Project (FRP) is financed by the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), part of the European Structural Investment Fund (ESIF) portfolio 2015 to 2020. The Department for Communities and Local Government is the managing authority for the fund, which was established by the European Commission to help improve the competitiveness of SMEs by increasing their capacity and capability and promoting entrepreneurship to strengthen the pipeline of high growth businesses across England. This creative activity will be funded by the FRP.

Key objectives of this brief - We are looking for suitably qualified providers to work to brand guidelines and style sheets, design and delivery of artwork and marketing collateral to support the promotional activity of the FRP. Further detail on the collateral needed can be found in the Invitation to Tender as attached.

Deliverables required: Ongoing Artwork Design Services and Collateral Production - Budget up to a maximum of £50,000 (ex. VAT) The proposed contracts will be until 31st December 2019 (subject to ongoing performance and review). Example collateral: • Tactical marketing collateral • Stationery inc. business cards • Design and delivery of Banners • Brochures • Presentation templates The nature of this tender means that it will be on a call off basis as required. We reserve the right to appoint more than one supplier. Tenders should state hourly rates giving indicative costs for the items above where possible. Please be aware that you may be required to work alongside a branding and web design agency.
