Description

To refurbish a fourth-floor teaching space within the Allerton building and first floor teaching space within the Mary Seacole Building. The buildings are located on the Fredrick Road Campus, Salford, M6 6PU. The project will briefly consist of: - The strip out of existing internal fixtures and finishes. - Associated mechanical and electrical works. - Refurbishment of ceiling, floor and wall finishes. - Formation of partition walls. - Installation of a fire rated door. - General decorations and making good
