GB-London: Moving on from CPA - Assessment and Care Planning

Partners in Care and Health (PCH) are commissioning a programme of work for the development of guidance and sector led improvement tools. This programme of work will set out the key principles that should be considered in any local work, with a specific focus on ensuring that assessment and care planning is compliant with Care Act and embeds a psychologically informed, personalised approach.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
