## Description

The project involves the design and construction of a single storey three classroom Early Years teaching extension to the front of the site, a new hall, stores and WC's to the rear of the site and revised site pedestrian and vehicle access\. Whilst BREEAM is not a requirement, Wiltshire Councils aim is to build a sustainable low energy Building\. The scope includes but is not limited to the following: • New build single storey 3No\. Reception classroom extension including group room & WC's; • New build hall with 2No\. stores and 2No\. WC's; • Revised pedestrian & vehicular site access; • Hard/soft landscaping works; • Associated external services;
