WO 0220 - Lyneham School Expansion Project

The project involves the design and construction of a single storey three classroom Early Years teaching extension to the front of the site, a new hall, stores and WC's to the rear of the site and revised site pedestrian and vehicle access. Whilst BREEAM is not a requirement, Wiltshire Councils aim is to build a sustainable low energy Building. The scope includes but is not limited to the following: • New build single storey 3No. Reception classroom extension including group room & WC's; • New build hall with 2No. stores and 2No. WC's; • Revised pedestrian & vehicular site access; • Hard/soft landscaping works; • Associated external services;
