## Description

Medway Council \('the Council'\) is seeking to procure the services of an experienced and suitably qualified Contractor to undertake total replacement of the existing Heating and Hot water services pipework and heat emitters throughout the entire school\. The Council is targeting to have awarded the contract during mid April 2018 with a subsequent commencement date of early May 2018\. The estimated value of the works is approximately within the range £330K - £350K\. The estimated Contract period will be for 12 working weeks with a series of breaks
