## Description

The British Council builds connections, understanding and trust between people in the UK and other countries through arts and culture, education and the English language\. We support them to learn English, to get a high-quality education and to gain internationally recognised qualifications\. Our work in arts and culture stimulates creative expression and exchange and nurtures creative enterprise\. The British Council is seeking to appoint a Media Buying agency and creative agencies to work across multiple countries within the EU and Wider Europe\. This is to support its: Exams and Teaching Centre \(TC\) business lines & Cultural Engagement Please note that this is a two-lot agreement\. Lot 1 is for Media Buying and Lot 2 is framework agreement Creative works\. The Contract\(s\) awarded will be for a duration of 2 years with an option for an extension for up to an additional 2 extensions of one year each\.
