Work description
The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) intends to upgrade the Fire Detection Systems at Barden Court, Ascott Court & Sibley Court Sheltered Housing Schemes.
The Fire Detection Systems works at these 3no Schemes broadly comprises of installing Fire Detection Systems providing LD3 protection with additional Heat Detectors located in Kitchen areas of each dwelling and Providing L2 protection to Communal Areas.
The works include, but not limited to the design, supply, installation, commissioning and hand-over of a complete Fire Detection Systems to each Sheltered Scheme, integrated and operating with the existing warden call and provision of O&M Manuals and training to the Council's representative in charge of the block.
