## Description

The focus of the Level 5 Coaching Professional apprenticeship is to teach staff in coaching roles various theories, techniques, and skills to be able to lead in a non-judgemental way, with the aim to empower staff and increase overall performance\. The MoJ has made a commitment to offer a formal coaching qualification to ensure that those in these types of roles can offer this support to the workforce\.
