Student Hub Project

This procurement process took place under the NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) Framework Agreement (SBS/18/DT/PZC/9332), under Lot 4: PS-Works: Public Sector Construction Works. Value band £15 - £35m for the extension of the existing Students Union Building to provide a new Student Hub, together with the internal refurbishment and replacement of plant with part refurbishment of the façade to the existing Student Union Building, replacement tree planting, landscaping and associated works (the "Project").
