## Description

DFT are awarding a £5m loan to Advanced Biofuel Solutions \(ABS\) to complete a unfinished gasification plant\. DFT legal have advised this is outside their expertise and have recommended we engage a banking lawyer to review the loan documentation\. We are engaging to DWF Law LLP to complete the work, they will also perform 3 rounds of revision of the loan documentation and report on the state aid element of the final loan documentation\.
