Leicester City Council wishes to commission a consistent and innovative housing-related support service for households in Leicester, including singles, couples, young people, families and offenders & ex-offenders\. The support service will deliver wrap around/holistic support that is provided at the point of need \(often at a point of change in a person's life\) to enable individuals to: • Maintain and / or find suitable affordable accommodation\. • Transition from different forms of accommodation\. • Sustain independent living\.
