Production and editing the Environment Agency’s free quarterly newsletter, the Water Demand Management Bulletin\. Additional information: Please provide your written proposals via email to Dean Russell: dean\.russell@environment-agency\.gov\.uk by 16\.00 on 15 August 2016\. This contract is for the production and editing of the demand management bulletin we require the following information: • details of proposed approach and method for developing, producing and distributing the demand bulletin \(copy attached\) • improvements you would make to the bulletin, including examples of the format you would propose • how you would increase the distribution • details of the personnel you are proposing to carry out the service, including CVs of your key personnel • details of how you propose to maintain continuity of personnel • details of your experience of carrying out similar contracts over the last 3 years • your approach to sustainability and health and safety • completed Pricing Schedule • completed Prior Rights Schedule • confirmation that terms and conditions are accepted
