## Description

The remodelling of the Brathay Boathouse to suit University of Cumbria's requirements\. The demolition of existing walls and forming openings to allow the construction of new partitions to create teaching and changing spaces and upgraded sanitary facilities in the existing boathouse\. A completion date of end of October 2018 will be required for this project\.
